Phenol-free thermal paper is thermal paper made without the use of Bisphenol A (BPA), Bisphenol S (BPS), or other phenol-based thermal developers. For customers looking to avoid using chemicals like BPA and BPS on their paper receipts, there are a number of non-phenol thermal paper options available.

Phenol-free receipt paper rolls produce durable printed images that offer more than a 10 year image life (in correct storage conditions). Image stability is important when you are evaluating paper options. Having a longer lasting image makes it easier for people to manage warranties, reconcile future tax issues and more. These benefits not only save time and money, but decrease the burden on the environment by eliminating the need to photocopy receipts onto a more stable printed paper.

We offer phenol-free thermal receipt paper in our most popular sizes - including 2 1/4" x 50' Phenol-Free Rolls, 2 1/4" x 85' Phenol-Free Rolls and 3 1/8" x 230' Phenol-Free Rolls, in a variety of quantities.
