POS Supply Solutions is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST. Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Team is available by phone (888-431-5800) during those hours, and will respond to after-hours messages the next business day.

We ship orders via FedEx Monday through Friday,* excluding the following holidays while the office is closed:

  • New Year's Day: Friday, January 1st
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 31st
  • Independence Day Observed: Monday, July 5th
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 6th
  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 25th
  • Day After Thanksgiving: Friday, November 26th
  • Christmas Eve: Friday, December 24th
  • New Year's Eve: Friday, December 31st

*Most stock orders received before 4:00 pm will ship the same day, however, our commitment is to have all orders shipped within 24—48 business hours of receipt of order. If we can't ship your order within that time frame, we will contact you to notify you of the expected ship date. Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise indicated. Allow one to six business days for your order to arrive. For faster service, you can request Overnight Service or 2 Day Service when you place your order. (Daily shipping cutoff time is 1pm ET for express shipments.) We will also ship via US Postal Service for APO and International addresses which may include additional surcharges.
