Shipping Carrier Delays / Quarantines: We are doing everything we can to get orders out to our customers on time, as usual! However, please note that there have been delays with some packages being held up in quarantine by FedEx and other shipping carriers.

Undeliverable Packages: When placing orders, please be sure to select a shipping address that will be able to receive packages. We unfortunately have had a number of orders returned to us recently because the shipping location was not open to accept deliveries. Returns shipping fees will apply for undeliverable orders.

Walk In Orders: Beginning Tuesday, March 17th, we are going to keep the office doors closed and bring orders out to customers for pick-ups. We have posted signs at all entry locations with the phone number to call.

The POS Supply team is staying abreast of the news surrounding the coronavirus outbreak, and taking precautionary measures to ensure our customers and employees are safe. To help answer your questions, we’ve put together a few FAQs.

Q: Is this affecting your supply or market?

A: As of Monday, March 16th, we have seen no interruptions in our supply chain and logistics network due to COVID-19. Orders are still being processed and shipped on time. Of course, if anything changes, we will keep you posted. Check back here for updates.

Q: Do you get your paper from China?

A: Our supply chain is heavily rooted in North America, however we do leverage the global economy for the best cost, quality and availability. While we don’t get any products directly from China, some of our suppliers have Chinese manufacturers in the supply chain. As of right now, there has been no negative impacts on our ability to get products due to COVID-19.

Q: Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?

A: According to the World Health Organization, the answer is yes. They state that “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

Q: What is your company doing to protect your employees and customers from COVID-19?

A: We are following best practices and recommendations of the CDC, which includes:

  • Regularly and thoroughly washing our hands with soap and water and using hand sanitizer
  • Cleaning and disinfecting our work spaces and frequently touched surfaces every day
  • Staying home if displaying any signs of illness - even if they are mild - or if anyone in our home is sick
  • Transitioning all non-essential employees to work from home
