Customer Service Representative

POS Supply Solutions is a multi-channel (B2B) distributor of supplies for Point-of-Sale systems and specialty printers. We are looking for a sharp, energetic, fun and engaging person to join our team as a Customer Account Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customers, identify their needs, and skillfully offer the right products to meet the needs of their business. The successful candidate for this role will develop a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-versed in product knowledge – both of which are critical for offering quick and accurate expertise that customers expect from us.

Responsibilities:
  • Active Lead for Inbound Phone Calls, Emails & Online Chats
  • Greet and Assist Walk-In Customers
  • New Account Setup, Active Account Management
  • Accurate Record Keeping and Order Entry
  • Turn Engagements into Conversions (Leads, Opportunities, Solutions, Orders)
  • Help initiate Returns / Exchanges as Requested by Customers
  • Work with Customers to Quickly and Efficiently Resolve Open Issues
  • Work with Customers to Track, Reroute and/or Quickly Resolve Delivery Exceptions
  • Be a Customer Loyalty Champion
  • Assist with Team Projects & General Administrative Duties as Needed
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Top-Notch Phone Etiquette
  • 2+ Years B2B / eCommerce Customer Service
  • Attention to Detail and Impeccable Accuracy
  • Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to Quickly Learn & Multi-Task
  • Comfortable with Soft-Selling
  • Ability to Tactfully Handle Stressful, Difficult Situations
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Team First, Can-do Attitude
  • NetSuite ERP/CRM Experience is Preferred
  • Call Center Experience is a Plus
