POS Supply Solutions is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST. Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Success Team is available by phone (888-431-5800) during those hours, and will respond to after-hours messages the next business day.
We ship orders via FedEx Monday through Friday,* excluding the following holidays while the office is closed:
- New Years Day: Monday, January 1, 2024
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 27, 2024
- Independence Day: Thursday, July 4, 2024
- Labor Day: Monday, September 2, 2024
- Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 28, 2024
- Day After Thanksgiving: Friday, November 29, 2024
- Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2024

Stop by today!*Most stock orders received before 4:00 pm will ship the same day, however, our commitment is to have all orders shipped within 24—48 business hours of receipt of order. If we can't ship your order within that time frame, we will contact you to notify you of the expected ship date. Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise indicated. Allow one to six business days for your order to arrive. For faster service, you can request Overnight Service or 2 Day Service when you place your order. (Daily shipping cutoff time is 1pm ET for express shipments.) We will also ship via US Postal Service for APO and International addresses which may include additional surcharges.
