POS Supply Solutions Celebrates 20 Years!

July 2019 Marks POS Supply’s 20th Year in Business

On July 21st, 1999, POS Supply Solutions was founded by Stephen Enfield with one goal in mind - to build a team of Point of Sale Supply Experts that businesses everywhere could trust. Twenty years later, we are proud to say that we’ve done just that!

Over the past two decades, we’ve had to adjust to plenty of changes. We’ve grown steadily, from our team, to our facility (moving into bigger and bigger spaces, until we bought our Middleton, MA headquarters in 2017.) Point of Sale technology and our customers’ needs have also changed - from basic cash registers or credit card terminals, to mobile payment devices, kiosks, RFID labels and so much more.

Yet, throughout all the growth and adjustments, we’ve always stayed true to our core focus - which is to make it easy for our customers to get the right solutions, as quickly as possible.

Today, POS Supply Solutions is a leading provider of Point of Sale paper and supplies, with over 50,000 customers across the US - ranging from small mom-and-pop shops to big name brands including TGI Fridays Restaurants, Fenway Park, Dollar Tree, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Redbox and many others. We’ve earned the highest customer ratings in the industry, and offer unrivaled, in-house product expertise that makes us stand out from the competition.

While we are constantly broadening our offerings, working on becoming the Experts, and delivering personalized customer service, we are always looking for ways to Keep Getting Better. Last year, we launched an Auto Reorder program, which is brand new for the Point of Sale space. We are also an industry leader for specialty and Custom Printed Paper Rolls. This year, our innovation efforts are focused on expanding our product line and helping businesses simplify their supply management through marketplace apps.

As we look back on the last 20 years, we are grateful for all that we’ve accomplished, and for everyone who has helped us get here. We look forward to what the future will bring. Cheers to the next 20 years!
