As you may know, thermal paper prices increased over the last two years due to increased material costs, transportation costs, and limited availability. Finally, prices have begun to come down and availability concerns are lifting for some materials.

• Raw materials are more available - We have seen a stabilization in the availability of raw materials including thermal paper, corrugated and cores.
• Material costs have come down - The price of commodity-grade raw materials, including economy-grade (48gsm) thermal paper and corrugated, have declined slightly.
• Logistics / transportation costs decreased - Transporation costs have stabilized domestically and have come down on international container shipments.
• Demand has leveled off - The past 30 months have been filled with supply fear and pricing fear. We saw hoarding of paper as well as ordering in advance to avoid future cost increases. This affected the traditional order cycles and has created less of a demand.

As a result, we have reduced our prices on some of our top selling paper roll products to reflect these cost decreases!
