Simultaneous two-sided thermal printing uses dual print heads within thermal printers to print on both the front and back sides of a receipt. This innovative technology allows you to "split" your receipt, using up to 45% less paper. Reduced paper consumption decreases the energy used during paper manufacturing and saves fuel in the transportation and distribution of paper. Less paper also means fewer paper roll cores, boxes, and pallets needing to be disposed of.
Fewer roll changes keep your lanes up and running, allowing your customers to check out quickly. By using less paper, you can save 5-25% in your overall paper investment which includes freight and storage savings. Plus, two-sided receipts can be more difficult to duplicate, helping you combat receipt fraud.
