EZ Dual Action Cleaning Pen, 10 pens/box
This Dual Action Cleaning Pen is designed to clean accessible thermal print heads. In this two-step process, "Step 1" removes adhesive residue and "Step 2" removes paper dust and other contaminants. Regular cleaning will extend the life of the print head and maintain a readable image. Use this product with every replacement of new media stock.

* Can be used in emergencies to correct lines or imperfections in printed copy.
Recommended Usage:
Use every time a new roll of label, thermal printer paper or ribbon stock is needed.
Usage Directions:
Step 1 - To Remove Adhesives:
- Clean using direct contact to areas where adhesives build up.
- Wipe as needed to remove adhesives.
- If needed, carefully use scraping tool located on the black cap to remove stubborn adhesives. Scraping tool should only be used on print heads.
- Use Step 2 to remove any remaning EZ-Off solution and complete the print head cleaning.
Step 2 - To Clean Print Heads:
- To clean thermal print head, swipe the cleaning pen across the entire print head surface.
- Repeat if necessary.
- To clean the print tip, wipe across clean paper surface.
- Replace all caps to maintain the full life of cleaning pen.
