Boarding Pass Cleaning Kit for VidTroniX Printers has specialized cleaning waffles which provide pressure and scrubbing power to delicately, yet effectively, remove all dirt, tape and adhesive residue, ink, and other contaminants from thermal print heads, paper guides and paper paths. This Waffletechnology product will help maintain print quality and legibility on VidTroniX printer’s setup to print boarding passes. This kit was designed as a two step process to both clean and bring the platen roller back to its original state. Using the kit regularly will aid in increasing output, print head life, printer reliability and performance.

Recommended Usage: Use the Step 1 Boarding Pass Cleaning Card and the Step 2 Boarding Pass Blotter and Cleaning Card before inserting every new roll of label, ticket, or paper stock into your VidTroniX printer.
Usage Directions:
Step 1:
1) Insert "Step 1" Cleaning Card into the back of the printer.
2) Once the printer pulls the Cleaning Card in and it comes to a stop, push the test button once, wait five seconds and push again. Repeat this for a total of 4 passes. This will move the cleaning card back and forth, which will clean the print head, platen roller and paper guides.
3) Push the button 3 times consecutively and the printer will push the Cleaning Card out the front of the printer.
Step 2:
1) Insert "Step 2" Cleaning Card into the back of the printer.
2) Once the printer pulls the Cleaning Card in and it comes to a stop, push the test button once, wait five seconds and push again. This will move the cleaning card back and forth, which will dry and coat the print head, platen roller and paper guides.
3) Push the button 3 times consecutively and the printer will push the Cleaning Card out the front of the printer.
4) Discard the used Cleaning Cards and insert stock into the back of the printer for normal use.
Use on: VidTronix ATP, ATP1, ATP2, ATP3 and MAP Printers.
